PI6CB332001A具有片上终端的20路输出PCIe 4.0/5.0时钟缓冲器

PI6CB332001A是一款20路输出、极低功耗、PCIe 1.0/2.0/3.0/4.0/5.0 时钟缓冲器。时钟晶体该器件能够为UPI、SAS、SATA 和其他应用分配参考时钟。它需要一个参考输入来扇出20个具有片上终端的 00MHz低功耗HCSL输出差分晶振。片上端接可以节省80个外部电阻,使布局更容易。OE引脚与SMBus位以及3线,边带接口相结合,为每个输出提供更轻松的电源管理。所有OE引脚都具有掉电容限,允许OE引脚在器件处于掉电或复位状态时由外部信号驱动。该设备必须复位和电源。如果在VDD或PWRGD# 置位之前将这些引脚驱动到任何有效电压,则这些引脚会正确启动。该设备使用 Diodes 的专有设计来实现满足 PCIe 1.0/2.0/3.0/4.0/5.0 要求的非常低的抖动。
