下图中的晶振电路将限幅正弦波波形转换为CMOS波形.CMOS逆变器选择必须根据工作频率进行评级.通过正确选择逆变器,该电路可以工作在100MHz.
该电路为TCXO温补晶振提供恒定负载,因为它与CMOS逆变器的输出隔离.由R1,R2和C2组成的反馈网络可以用单个1兆欧姆的电阻代替,但TCXO将由CMOS逆变器的输出传输拉动. The above circuit converts a clipped sinewave waveform to a CMOS waveform. The CMOS inverter selection must be rated for the frequency of operation. This circuit can work up to 100 MHz with proper selection of the inverter.
This circuit presents a constant load to the TCXO since it is isolated from the output of the CMOS inverter. The feedback network consisting of R1, R2 and C2 can be replaced with a single 1 Meg ohm resistor, however, the TCXO will be pulled by the output transitions of the CMOS inverter.
